Aurysia Terminal is a financial intelligence platform that provides AI-powered research, real-time market data, analytics tools, and related services. The Service operates on a credit-based billing system with tiered subscription plans.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information including:

• —A phone number with country code (required for payment processing)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit-based system. Free accounts receive an initial allocation of credits. Additional credits may be purchased through our payment gateway (Stripe). All payments are processed in USD.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurysia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on data or analytics provided by the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, unused credits will be forfeited.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
